Registration, payments, tickets & badges

Sell the event. Admit the crowd. Stay in command.

Public registration, checkout, tickets, badges, and gate check-in live on the same event as your maps, incidents, and field teams—not in a separate ticketing silo.

From listing to gate

The attendee path, without a second platform.

Publish a concert, race, fair, expo, carnival, festival, or custom event type. The public sees only events that are on sale. Organizers configure ticket types, forms, pricing, and documents on the same organization and event used for operations.

Public registration

Browse published events, complete a configurable registration form, and place an order for one or more ticket types.

02 / 06

Ticket types & inventory

GA, VIP, vendor, staff, or race bibs—each with its own price, sales window, and capacity. Inventory is conserved so you cannot oversell.

03 / 06

Checkout & payments

Collect payment through a connected provider. Card data never enters Event Ops. Free and zero-total orders issue tickets immediately.

04 / 06

Tickets delivered

Paid orders issue signed ticket codes and PDF documents. Holders receive email with time-limited access links to their tickets.

05 / 06

Badges & batch print

Issue badges from ticket records, re-render after attendee edits, and export batches for on-site printing at expos, fairs, and credentialed events.

06 / 06

Gate check-in

Scan a ticket at the gate and get an accept or reject in time to keep the line moving. Void, wrong-event, and already-used tickets fail closed.

One event, two surfaces

Registration sits on the same record as command.

A published ticketed festival and a live operating picture are the same event. Sales, capacity, and admission stay tenant-scoped with the rest of Event Ops—so organizers are not stitching a ticketing product to a separate COP.

  • 01 Configurable event types, not hard-coded categories
  • 02 Pricing rules, fees, taxes, and promo codes in integer money
  • 03 Holds expire; paid quantity converts on cleared payment
  • 04 Refunds and event cancellation void tickets and return capacity
  • 05 Sales, capacity, and attendance summaries for organizers

Attendee workflow

Publish. Register. Pay. Admit.

01 / PUBLISH

Open the catalog

Configure ticket types, forms, templates, and capacity, then publish so the public can register.

02 / REGISTER

Take the order

Capture answers, apply promo codes, and hold inventory while checkout completes.

03 / ISSUE

Send tickets

Cleared payment issues tickets and optional badges, then emails the holder their documents.

04 / ADMIT

Scan at the gate

Gate staff check in by ticket code. Command still sees the live operation on the same event.

Organizer controls

Keep sales honest after the listing goes live.

Pause sales, close the catalog, refund an order, cancel an event, export attendees, and reprint badges without leaving the Event Ops tenancy model.

Pricing

Rules you can explain.

Ticket prices, quantity breaks, fees, taxes, and promo codes compute in whole cents—no floating-point surprises.

Inventory

Capacity that holds.

Held, paid, and available quantities always add up to what you allocated. Concurrent checkouts cannot oversell a type.

Reporting

Sales next to operations.

Gross, discounts, fees, taxes, refunds, remaining capacity, and check-in counts by gate and hour—exportable when you need a file.

Registration and command, on one event.
